No Place to Hide - Fukushima Fallout Findings Widespread

http://www.enviroreporter.com/2012/08/no-place-to-hide-fukushima-fallout-findings-widespread/all/1/

-----

I really don't know what to say about this but I thought I'd post it. Many of us are already dealing with serious illness. This is just going to make matters worse.

I heard Dr. Helen Caldicott say many people will be getting cancer from this in 5-70 years from now. Try to enjoy life while you can...

Very upsetting as I have a son who is an engineer living and working in Japan with his wife. I think we just need to focus on positive things because we just can't control any of this.

We have had plenty of toxicity in and around our planet for a long time. Let's just sing KUMBAYA and join a sweat lodge. I have always dealt with scary stuff this way, so don't mind me. It has gotten me through a lot of rainy days. [Big Grin] [bonk]

P. S.

Ip, maybe you can plant a lemon tree. [Smile] [lick] [Smile] FYI, almonds contain arsenic. Maybe you should consider switching nuts. [loco] [lol]

Sorry for the bad jokes guys, It's late and I think I ate too many dark chocolate brownies.

Gael

Yes, I know it's upsetting. This is why I said "not good news" in the topic in case people want to avoid it.

I feel that it's important since the media is pretty much ignoring all of this. We need to know so we can try to protect ourselves. I don't know what the answer is.

Since I heard of this event - I started taking iodine. Also, there's a Dr. Budwig who came up with a potential cancer preventitive. It's quite simple... It's cottage cheese with flax oil & flax seeds. You have to make it in a special way but it's not complicated.

http://www.cancertutor.com/Cancer/Budwig.html

I try to make it when I can.

The whole thing is shocking & depressing. I don't know what can be done about it. I don't think ignoring it is a good strategy, though. I guess it's just not my nature to be like that.

It's probably one of the most important things happening on the planet now. We need to know the truth.

I agree with you lpkayak- I always wanted to visit Japan & Hawaii someday... I love Japanese cuisine - nori, seaweed, sushi, green tea... We have to rethink chlorella & other supplements coming from Japan. All of the radation is going to effect produce from CA & elsewhere, too. There's no real escape that I know of - unless we move off planet...

I feel foy you Gael - it must be hard knowing family members are there.

I don't get how anyone can call nuclear energy "clean" - it is not clean. We have to deal with the spent radioactive rods, and there is a huge danger when a reactor leaks (such as Fukushima)...sigh...

Look into HMD and also start by cutting down any avoidable EMF/RF exposure.

Since my husband passed away, I am releasing massive amounts of toxic metals that I never knew I was still hiding and holding onto, mainly lead and mercury plus others. I thought the EMF was going to kill me and had no way to escape. After much DMPS and DMSA, I am no longer a walking antenna.

I am starting HMD, but only with the Lavage/drainage combination, etc. Go to http://www.detoxmetals.com/pages/Nuclear-Fallout-%252d-Japan.html

Download (and print) the book "Surviving Nuclear Fallout"-, check page 13. HMD actually works and the book is full of valuable easily understood information.

Do you still use your microwave? If you turn that monster on, the rays penetrate all wall, windows, ceilings into other rooms of your house, and everyone in the house suffers, including pets. You can't run away fast enough from it! Remember radiation is cumulative.

Stay cool and enjoy what is left of summer.

I increased my iodine intake when Fukushima happened, it spike way high, I think starting 2 days after the event, then calmed down after a couple months, but is still twice what it was before the event. I use pendulum testing to determine dose. My pendulum seems to know this radiation is there and that iodine can help.

Definitely working on detox of metals and avoiding radiation are things we can do for ourselves, before the humans become extinct. I had reached a bit of a lull in heavy metal detox and just started Ondamed treatments, and really tihngs are flowing quite a lot again. And then there is AI as well, which helps move things as well.

As far as survival of the species, for anyone that cares about that, a big uprising of the populace forcing us to stop using fossil fuels, perhaps by forcing us to use nuclear power or perhaps by deconstructing the big-world civilization we have down to local communities, could help a lot. As could, alternatively, a seriously big war with billions of deaths, for anyone so motivated. The fluoridation and wireless addiction really helps prevent any such uprising, so it is now up to our leaders that have dumbed down the populace to save the species, if they would be so inclined. That doesn't appear to be their motivation, but perhaps killing billions with wars is something they might do anyway.

I noticed that same thing, MichaelTampa! I was dowsing the iodine & it doubled after the accident/tsunami.

I'm not sure what the purpose of all this crazy stuff is. I hope it's not as bad as I think it is. Most people are just going about their lives as if nothing has happened or is happening.

Every time we are exposed to radiation - it is cumulative. Between the Fukishima event & all the other stuff going on (GMOs, fluoride, SmartMeters, increased survailance, etc.) - it's hard to stiill believe that it is all a coincidence.

I'll look at your links late, GiGi - thanks. Just pass the brownies...

We're *still* dealing with the above-ground atmospheric testing of nuclear bombs back in the 1950s & early '60s!

Remember... Everyone alive today, including YOU, has atleast a few molecules of radioactive isotopes like Stronium-90 & Americium-241 in your bones, liver & such.
But before 1945, Stronium-90, for example, wasn't even in the environment!!

Yup... Nuclear {fission} technology is the gift that "keeps on giving".
We've had 3 biggies- Three Mile Island, Chernobyl & Fukushima... so FAR.
And yet they're STILL trying to sell us on the idea of "safe" nuclear power. E-GAds!

That's not the only thing about the nuke plants... How about depleted uranium? All the stuff they weaponize gets blown around the planet, too. I really can't understand that. Our military are being exposed to it, as well.

I was thinking earlier - when did they ever ask people to vote on this? I'm sure some of our tax money is going into funding these nuke plants & weapons manufacturing.

Just try getting some disability money if it makes you ill, though...

Well, mother earth will take care of this mess.

So much is happening to the planet itself. Beetles destroying lodge pole pine trees throughout so much of the west, leaving barren brown/gray trees where a pristine pine forest once stood.

Ongoing forest fires have become the norm.

Our wonderful eastern hemlock tree of appalachia is being destroyed by an bug - an aphid, and these beautiful, mystical trees are expected to be gone in 12 years. (They look like a smaller version of the redwood tree.)

Heck, even the appalachian mountains themselves are being destoyed by coal mining. Three hundred million year old BEAUTIFUL mountains destroyed because it is cheaper to blow up the mountains to get the coal than to dig in the ground for it.

The extreme weather. The droughts. It takes water to grow food, even food contaminated with radiation.

If we can't respect life on this planet, in all forms, then the earth will solve these problems for us.

Sobering, but true.
