TMJ seems to be the one thing I can't get rid of.

I'm treating with an ART Dr. who has helped me tremendously.

The only remaining symptoms I have is some numbing/tingling and TMJ.

I have two crowns left that have metal in them that are being replaced 11/26.

Could these two metal crowns be a source of the TMJ?

What else could I do to resolve the TMJ?

I've had night guards and so much tretment which has cost me thosuands of dollars.

It is certainly possible there are structural issues playing a role in those symptoms. There are some neuromuscular massage therapists who you might consider giving them a shot at it.

One place I think is great, basically invented an approach and is local to me, is St. John Clark Pain Treatment Center. Basically poor posture and sometimes leg length differences can create situations where muscles get stuck contracted, making good posture impossible until the muscle contraction is fixed, which can be done via massage. This poor posture can eventually lead to any variety of nerve problems (tingling/pain, including TMJ/...), as nerves can get pinched as a result.

They have trained people all over the country in their techniques, so if you wanted to pursue, you could call them and ask if they have anyone trained in your area.

I'll definitely be giving them a call. I do have a leg length discrepancy and my posture isn't the greatest.

I had horrible TMJ pain and neck pain. I saw chiroprators and nothing worked, until i saw a chiropractor who uses muscle testing to guide the adjustments

After a few weeks of this I had a HUGE improvement. I go in for adjustments maybe every few months and im virtually pain free now.

Maybe see a good Dr K muscle tester and they may be able to isolate what is causing the pain-- otherwise its just a guessing game.

Dr. K. connects TMJ with Chlamydia trachomatis.
Read Heavy Metals and Chronic Disease http://www.klinghardtacademy.com/Articles/Heavy-Metals-and-Chronic-Diseases.html

Your question re crowns: Yes, I am sure they can have somthing to do with your problems, especially with what is hiding out in their neighborhood.

Take care.
