Anyone else out there have lower back issues? All I did was get up out of a chair this morning, and now I can hardly move.

I haven't had this happen in many, many years... what's everybody's favorite way to get these lower discs back in place and to stop spasming?!

Whhaaaaaaa....

Magnesium oil, rubbed directly on the problem
area(s), has worked great for me in the past. Went from bent over and barely able to move to almost normal within 30 minutes.

Hope you feel better soon.

The SOTA Magnetic Pulser is great for this.

Also, the SOTA LightWorks or other LED light therapy.

And I'll add one more now too! I just happened to have my Lyme Dr. appt. this afternoon. After we covered the tick-borne stuff, we talked about the back issue.

He did one acupuncture needle in my upper lip/base of nose of all places - I did as instructed and the spasms eased right up! Wow!!!

I never would have guessed, but I can move sooooo much better now. Ahhhhh. I still have to be careful for a bit in here, but oh its so nice not to be spasming up with every deep breath, cough or minor movement!

Thank you for the additional suggestions too!

Bump
Man these hurt and they catch you by surprise. I suspect Bartonella is behind it.

I have had back problems for 4 years, thanks to lyme, I am nothing but bone on bone now, the only thing that helps me is pain med..
however if it was not for my back I would have never known I had lyme.
I did steroid shots and it causes my body to shut down and I got worse and could not walk slept all the time and lost major weight.
Because of the steroids I found out I had lyme.

High dose magnesium (to bowel tolerance) helps me with cramping and twitching.

Also trigger point injections. The doc uses prolocaine in the injection, and sometimes rubs ketamine cream on the muscles.

I get these every 2 weeks and they help me SO much.
