Try taking it after other activities. Could be that you are "working" too hard by taking a shower... OR .. it's the heat of the shower.

Annie, this is still a lingering and uncomfortable issue for me . I will take my bp and it will be very high 150/105. Then ten minutes later it will be 95/55...go figure. I am on lisinopril for the highs what about the lows??? I have blacked out from the drop and regularly have light headed episodes. Curious if any others are dealing with this.

My doctor is finding that the strong fluctuations in blood pressure are becomming more and more common among patients as the EMF and Smart Meter exposure is increasing at such a fast rate over the last few years.
www.betterhealthguy.com details what he has done and what can be done to mitigate some of the problems.
I think we have to take all this very seriously, because it is getting worse almost daily and it is destroying our children and our own brains.
First thing first - get rid of your cordless phones! I was surprised when I took my meter and started to measure around my house. Beware of corded phones with short antenna that feed the extra phone/s you walk around the house with -- . The EMF output is so high- my meter hit the max and could not go any higher. It is high whether you are using the phone or not using the phone. When I figured that out, I finally realized why I was never comfortable near that phone. A corded phone - just one culprit!
Be sure to listen to the whole thing and then take action unless everything is okay in your place.

Wow I want to thank all of your input. It's compforting to learn more and more about my new to me symptoms.
I also am aware that weight gain is another side effect from Meds. My normal weight is 120 to 140. Right now I weigh 85 pounds. I lost this last 10 more pounds within the last week. Back in Jan and Feb.
I went from 105 to 95 pounds. And I'm getting scared due to how fast it happened. I've been on a maintenance diet for ever to stay between my so called normal. I see my LLMD next week. The leukemia test was neg. So that's good news.
Thanks again.

This is Dysautonomia and or POTS//It is part of the dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system that Lyme causes.
