you know those flashing silver circles i was getting at night, well, they went away for while, but they're back!!
the eye doctor insists there's nothing wrong with my eyes, the neuro says there is nothing wrong neurologically, the other one says could be high blood pressure, but the darn things are driving me spastic.
not noticeable during the day, but bad at night. when i wake up and roll over they flash.
really annoying. why would they go away and then come back?
dang, i hate this, i really do.

no, i've read about these. mine are simply flashing white or silver circles. they are stationary and pulse. i don't have a real headache with them.
they're more annoying than anything.
i'm getting a mild headache, not the ice pick stabbing kind i was getting. those were a 10 plus and they lasted 3-4 days per week every week for months. then they just disappeared.
now it seems it's starting up again.

Can't recall whether you've done mangosteen juice - if you haven't or not in awhile, it can be a great anti-inflammatory juice for Lyme eye symptoms, if that's what's going on -

Yes they're called ocular migrAines which I think these probably are. My ofhers are full blown migraine icepick type

I have had all sorts of flashing, vibrating, and pulsing things going on with my eyes,and they all started with the Lyme; they come & go, they change.
I have passed numerous tests with the eye doctor & the neurologist; had the MRI and other clinical tests; my blood pressure is fine.
I wrote out a 2 page description for the docs, so I am not going to go into all the variations here.
I have no answers & no one has ever given me any either. Seems there are lots of things the docs do not have answers for. Of course that is better than having the kind of docs who make up answers or prescribe meds for no good reason.
Sometimes it freaks me out, sometimes I can ignore it. It seems to be just one more thing in the long list of things Lyme Disease has added to my life.

Sounds like either occular migraines (sounds most likely) or a detached vitreous in the eye.
You should see a retinal specialist pronto to see if it is a detached vitreous. That is not dangerous in itself, but it can turn
into a detached retina, or it could be a detached retina, which is an emergency. Even if it is a detached vitreous, they will want to check you frequently to make sure that it doesn't develop into a detached retina.
If it's none of the above, you're back to the occular migraine. It's true, it can happen without pain.

Detached vitreous comes with age - and only gives you "flashes" of light during the day. They are not night time "floaters."

Floaters aren't flashes of lights, however, which a detached vitreous can produce. Or so can ocular migraines.
