Any thoughts?

My LLMD says that Zhang is like a rifle and Cowden is like a shotgun. Zhang treats one infection at a time (and is cheaper than Cowden). Cowden treats lyme and co-infections all at the same time (but is more expensive).
I chose Cowden and am making very good progress on Cowden.

Are they both drops? Taste?

- No, they are not both drops, only Cowden.
My opinion: Zhang's is excellent (but I have not done Cowden). Zhang does not just treat one infection at time. Many things can be affected by the basic protocol but then it can get more specific if needed, adding artemisinin, etc.
Be sure to read the book first. -

Scroll down: COWDEN SUPPORT PROGRAM
Protocol for Borrelia and Lyme Co-Infections & Most Chronic Conditions
The Cowden Support Program (CSP) is a 6-month protocol developed by Wm. Lee Cowden, MD initially for the treatment of Borrelia and Lyme Co-Infections.
Since the protocol helps to resolve the majority of the root causes of most patients symptoms it can also be used to treat most chronic health conditions.
The Cowden Support Program utilizes 14 different Nutramedix products including 6 Microbial Defense herbals (3 pairs of herbals) that are taken rotationally over at least 6 months. . . .
"How to Find a LL ND" Link in the Rife set, too. It's best to work with a LL ND for any of the above methods, or those of similar nature.
There are OTHER professional article, books, protocol in the "LL ND" thread, too.
See them all for comparison. Then find a LL ND who can treat YOUR case, YOU, as an individual. It's far, far better than trying to "cookie cutter" a plan.
