This morning I woke up with an EXTREMELY blurry right eye that has been sticking around for several hours.

This is common with my left eye except the blurriness comes and goes. My LLMD has said it's a neurological sign of Lyme.

However, it very suddenly switched to my right eye now (along with the left on and off blurry). Any insight into this? It's very frustrating for me. Any ideas on something I could try to help it?

I have predominantly left eye blurriness and sometimes double or triple vision. At first I thought it was "after 40" sight changes, but I began to have other symptoms. The vision changes were precursors to a-typical seizures that initially presented like TIAs.

I now have Neuro Lyme (I've had Lyme for 15 yrs). Get it looked at properly. An MRI is not going to show Neuro Lyme, except that it showed I had "white matter disease" which screams you have something diseased in your brain.

This is a very recent diagnosis, at least the Neuro part, so they are doing heavy pulsed Rocefrin IV, anti-toxin IV and liquid Doxy. Will start Mepron (again) soon.

GOOD LUCK!

I'm able to stop all Lyme eye symptoms, including any blurriness, by drinking mangosteen juice, an anti-inflammatory juice. You can find brands in healthfood stores and online. I drink 1/2 oz in the am and pm.

I also have had recent bluriness is each eye that comes and goes. This is something new since tick bite in 2005, and start of ABX treatment in 2010.

I only have neuro-lyme and babs symptoms left.
I see my LLMD tomorrow and this was on my list of issues to discuss.

I agree, this is kind of frustrating to crop up at this stage of treatment.
