My LLMD has mentioned in the past that Benfotiamine can be helpful with neuropathy. I ordered some but have not used it. I want to use it now because I am having a major neuropathy flare! Should this be taken with/without food? With ABX or without ABX? How often? Is it safe to take this with Neurontin? Thanks.

I take 100 mg Benfo per day against neuralgia.
As far as I read there arent any interactions and overdosing is hardly possible.
carnitin, vitamin e, alpha lipoic acid, tumeric, boswelia,fish oil, magnesium and lecithin are also supposed to help.
