Is there a connection? Has anyone done Low T therapy and is it safe?

My husband had the testosterone level of a 90 yr old, at 36 due to Lyme. His level was around 100.
His LLMD put him on Clomid and Arimidex. (Androgel didn't help him). After 7 months, his testosterone levels are now normal (600). He is now off of both meds and maintaining the levels on his own.

Women can have low testosterone, as Lyme and abx mess up everything.
I use testosterone cream along with other bio identical hormones. My testosterone levels are just starting to go back up.
