I have been on numerous treatments for parasites over the years...thought I was clean after the last test but went to India and got a bit sick the last day...nothing to get concerned about...but a week after return had a really bad day and decided to see the tropical disease specialist again...well you guessed it.. He tested and said I had amoeba again...so I'm on paramomycin and doxy for a week...today the 4th full day of taking them I really feel weird...like the legs won't move , tired, slow moving, lethargic, left eye cloudy, depressed, angry....do you think I'm herxing...I felt fine all through India....

Sounds like a herx to me. I had a lot of emotional stuff when i first went after parasites. I would cry for an hour at a time like a baby. Also lethargy and fatigue were big for me.
