My daughter had her first dose on Monday. So far the only reaction she has had is stomach cramps. According to her Dr. it is used to target GI bacteria, Unlike a lot of her other meds, the nausea and. Cramps are delayed. They started the next day and have lasted several days.

GI cramping and nausea have been one her worst symptoms so we are hopeful that this drug will help She is in Zofran and Phenegran to help.

Good luck and keep us posted as to your progress!

Yes, I took it for a few months. It's a tough one. I only had one night of severe vomiting, but constantly felt nauseous. Many others had severe nausea, so be prepared - plan on sticking around the house.

My LLMD always did a test dose in the clinic first to see how one reacts to a new medicine.

I was so sick at the time, I cannot comment on whether or not it really helped me. I just don't remember.

I should also mention I was one of the lucky ones that did not need to rely on zofran or phenegran at all during that time. Most need those so have prescriptions for both just in case.

I was WAY worse with nausea when I was pregnant oddly enough!
