My son has been having stomach cramps all day - lots of flu/stomach stuff going around here lately.

I wondered if anyone uses activated charcoal for this.

It can't hurt. If its the flu, I doubt it will help, but if its something bad in his stomach or toxins, it's great!6

Thanks bailey. It seems to have helped him, his cramps went away after taking it. [Smile]
