I hear there was a whole talk on CD57 at the last ILADS conference, would really like to hear what was said.
Anyone know if this is available somehow/somewhere?

Thanks to both of you. Given the price and my eagerness to hear whatever was said, I went ahead and ordered it. I had looked on that site a little before, but hearing it was there gave me the impetus to look further, and I eventually found it.
