does anyone know if taking methylcobalamin is bad if you have murcury issues

I don't have an answer for that, but have some thoughts to share....

If you have methylation issues, like many of us do, once you start taking things like methyl B12, it can start to open up detox pathways and begin circulating things. And we can feel the brunt of that.

Remember to take binders to help protect yourself if that happens.

Be well.

Can opening up detox pathways cause an increase in anxiety?

B12 can actually help kill the infections, possibly by several mechanisms.

So yes, you can experiance more anxiety as you kill bugs better.

But B12 is great nerve food we need...Like they said--Detox!
