Ok. Way over my head now. I have been good. But I have questioned the remaining pain I have in one area. I was lucky to get an appointment with a great new Lyme literate lady in my home town. Awesome.. Right around the corner and first visit affordable. She knows DR K in Germany and buys into his way. So she sees my CD57 which is not high or low but perfect and realizes its a red flag for her too. Meaning she's not so sure Lyme is or was ever my issue. I had the best talk with woman and she really got me. Has me going for repeats of co-infections and some other stuff I have no clue on. Like TGFB1, MSH, VIP, MMP9, HLA-DR & MTHFR.. Translate please? Lol. Having another special Lyme test that they use in germany. She said that one is pretty darn good as to any current bb activity.

I know that TGFB1 is an inflammation marker. If it is high, it shows that your body is still having trouble detoxing some type of infection (or could be a marker for cardiac problems as well).

HLA-DR and MTHFR are genetic markers, I believe, to determine your ability to fight infection and detox. Not sure about the MSH and VIP.

Thanks DB. Will be interesting to see the TGF then. Since all my CRP and HSCRP's have always been as low as you can get. She also had me take the online shoemacker (so) aptitude eye test. The eyesight part I failed, but I have bad eye sight to begin with. The other have I passed both sides. Odd.

Sounds like she is suspecting mold. Those tests sound familiar after reading Shoemaker's book "Surviving Mold". My daughter had most of the tests listed and has also been tested for mycotoxins by Realtime. Most notable were her results on TGFb1 which were waaaaaay out of limits. I guess hers isn't caused by mold. Still she is being treated some ways like Shoemaker would recommend and the number has decreased.
