I am getting better, but have a very restrictive diet.

I know I need to heal my gut.

I have many food allergies and foods that just plain make me sick.

I can't do carbs at all. I have yeast/fungus issues. I have been on diflucan and nystatin, but it persists.

I have tried different things, but they just don't work. What has worked for you?

This website is very helpful:

http://www.food-allergy.org/root3.html

I did a CDSA test several years ago. This was after having severe gut dysbiosis for a couple years.

It showed what was going on in there and then I could treat properly.

I thought I had food allergies, but it was actually a pathogen causing the problems.

Some probiotics actually feed bacteria.

Scroll down and read the "my story" section on this page for more info.

There's also the metamatrix GI stool panel for testing too.

I hope you are still on antiparasitics incl, wormwood, black walnut hull and cloves. Sounds like you still have a hyperinfection of parasites and tx needs to be ongoing until symptom free and then maintenance.

The parasites are laying eggs and hibernating in the small intestines and will cause digestive disturbances. Visit the Humaworm symptom list.

If just one egg is left, the cycle will start all over again. I forget, have you tried salt/c?

I did.

I needed to take HCl (I took Thorne Biogest) for a long time when my gut was in bad shape.

I treated parasites with various treatments over a period of months.

I ate foods I fermented every day. Kefir, fermented veggies/sauerkraut, and kombucha. Fermented stuff does more than any pill can.

I don't eat sugar. I don't eat grains. I do eat a lot of leafy greens every day. I shoot for at least three different color veggies per day. I eat fresh meat and eggs.

Iodine helped. I started supplementing it since I'm not using iodized salt.

Dr. Natura cleanse was a HUGE help. Amazing.

It took a long time. My gut was in very bad shape.

Geno type diet healed my gut. It is the latest generation of the blood type diet.

My stomach was a mess before I even started the abx, IBS type symptoms. Cutting out the sugar helped big time, and cutting out dairy, reducing grains etc. All the things you do. I only really drink water and herbal tea. I also take a really good probiotic - the only one I've ever had results with: Garden of Life, Primal Defense.
I'm not an expert, but that's what i've found has helped me out a lot. If I sneak back on the sugar, or cow's milk a little bit, I notice it but it doesn't flare up as bad these days.
Hope this helps and hope you can find some answers

I am just starting on a kefir, xylitol, bovine combination for healing the gut. The protocol is suppose to break biofilms in the gut and intestines and heal at the same time. I don't know if it will work but I have spoken to people that it has helped.

If you have a lot of food allergies, you most likely have yeast. One of the best treatments for yeast is GSE. Our practitioner uses agrisept-L. Our babysitter has had allergies for years ever since she had a bad case of pneumonia as a child and was treated with abx and steroids. Recently, our practitioner found her worst issue was yeast and she started on Agrisept. She can only handle 3 drops twice/day but she is noticing she is not allergic to as many foods as before. She is still taking it and hopes for continued improvement.

Mine is getting better. I'm eating more greens, organic as much as possible, drinking green smoothies and homemade kombucha.
