I am supposed to go on Apo Hepat next month and I need to find one that is not alcohol based

Anyone know where I can find a company that has water or glycerin based products?

I think what you are looking for are SALINE based. Not sure water or glycerine would work with homeopathy.

Just water could grow germs, having saline in water can help retard bad microbes.

Just never heard of a glycerin based homeopathic remedy but they may exist.

I also cannot tolerate even one drop of alochol in a homeopathic (although I can tolerate some alcohol preserved herbal tinctures).

I've had a ND who was also a homeopath make me a homeopathic remedy that was saline based.

However, it may just be much easier to use the PELLETS, made from milk. Three pellets under the tongue is the usual dose.

Not sure of the Apo Hepat will "translate" to pellets but there may be a similar one if that does not. Assumeing it's to help the liver, likely there are other choices.

Pretty sure there is a way to take an alcohol based homeopathic liquid and introduce to the pellets, shake it all about and - bingo - you'd have a pellet version of what you need.

There would still be a trace of alcohol but that method does not affect me the same as as just taking an alcohol homeopathic.

You'd have to have a certified homeopathic practitioner guide you on this, best if they are also a LL ND.

You could also call the manufacturer of the alcohol remedy and talk with them - someone with education in this field, not just the receptionist.

I can not do any alcohol at all. I am very sensitive. The saline solution idea was good.

I live in a very isolated area so going to have to research on the web to find info.

Close to the end of this set, you will find a ND who is also trained in homeopathy. Check out her articles / book.

How to find an ILADS-educated LL:

N.D. (Naturopathic Doctor);

L.Ac. (Acupuncturist);

D.Ay. (Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine);

D.O.M. (Doctor of Oriental Medicine);

Integrative / Holistic M.D., etc. (Be aware that those in this category can have various levels of formal herbal &/or nutritional education, perhaps even just a short course. Do ask first.)

Links to many articles and books by holistic-minded LL doctors of various degrees . . . .
