My LLMD tested my viral titers and they came back high.....what are the best natural anti-virals? I know there are some good ones. He gave me A-V by Byron White for starters.
Astragalus, andrographis? Isatis?

Razzle and LAX, have you found that these things reduced viral titers? If so, for which viruses? Thanks!

I have to say, I haven't tried any of those things...they were recommended by my practitioners.
I'm currently on Valtrex.
I bought the Viressence, but ended up returning it. I'm on an anti-depressant and I didn't want an interaction.
I didn't take the plunge with the A-EB/H6 because I had paid $80 something for A-Bart and it was so strong, I couldn't even tolerate a drop.
Dr. H recommends A-EB/H6 and the Dr K nurse recommended the Viressence for me.

I don't have measurable viral titers for anything.
The things I suggested in my post are things I've found that help when I have an acute viral infection, or have discovered through research are helpful for those with viral infections.

Monolaurin is supposed to be helpful.

I love Olive Leaf extract, but don't think it's enough for multiple elevated viruses.
I finally tried Valtrex and feel that has made a huge improvement, even though it supposedly only effects certain viruses. It has helped me alot, but you have to be on a high enough dose of 1 gram twice or three times/day. You need to start out a one gram and work up.
