I am in the same boat and wondering what's good to take. According to methylation testing etc... I'm supposed to stay away from sulfur based things and a lot of the liver supps seem to have sulfur.

Castor oil packs on the liver area of the upper right abdomen can help and won't bother those with sulfur/sulfite sensitivity.
Artichoke is also good for the liver (the kind you can eat) and I don't think it is high in sulfur.
Herbs that help the liver: dandelion root, fennel seed, ginger root, bupleurum, burdock (use short-term only), peppermint, andrographis (may cause herxing; it kills Lyme), etc.
I've taken all of these herbs and not had problems with sulfur from them...

Milk Thistle. I use Jarrow Formulas (Standardized Silymarin Extract 30:1). I take two 150 mg capsules three times a day. My enzymes had gotten really high, so I gave this a try. My levels were back to normal by my next blood test. I haven't had any problems since.

Milk thistle may cause problems for those with CBS/SUOX methylation gene variants, hence why I did not recommend milk thistle.

I take SLF Forte by Integrative Therapeutics for liver support. It might help to get your liver enzymes back to a good place...
