My doc recommended Art for babs and when at the local health store they didn't seem to recognize it until they looked it up. They said it was the same as wormwood and directed me towards a tincture of wormwood.

I didn't buy it cause I don't know if it is really the same thing. Is it the same?

Indeed. Not the same thing.

Generally, best to not buy products from a vitamin store, especially this. They won't have the specific kind for our purposes.
