How long did you take sac boulardii after stopping abx?

I plan on taking probiotics for a long time, just not sure if sac boulardii is still needed.

Hi

I stopped about 2.5 years. I am also going to try Cowden and I am working on cleaning up the mess in my stomach. I also plan on taking a good quality probiotic for the rest of my life.
