Whether it is bacterial, tick borne or just environmental, we as a society need to do something to help these kids.

The more recent number is 1 in 20, especially boys, per Dr. K. who treats many of them.

And 1 in 3 Seniors now die with Alzheimer's. Coincidentally, 1 out of 3 Seniors receive the influenza vaccine.
The autism epidemic is an issue I can barely discuss, I feel so outraged and hurt.
I am an older Mom, children ranged in age. My youngest and last in kindergarten, and I am in the classrooms.
I SEE it. The children coming in with spectrum and ADD issues is very REAL. Many, in just 1 class. Public school.

Vaccinations are full of chemicals and they are loading the children up with them. Add to that, all the environmental toxins.

surprise, I can totally relate as I have seen this too firsthand.
I personally believe this is in part caused by ridiculously accelerated vaccine schedules as well as the preponderance of chemicals in our food supply, not to mention the all too real reality of Lyme Induced Autism (LIA) for which there is a foundation.
Hoops, as far as helping these kids I am at a loss. Aside from helping my own, my hands are quite full. I think the parents of kids with autism are a lot like us in many ways. But I'm not sure they're looking at tick-borne disease as a possible cause for their kids' disabilities.
Case in point, I had a friend whose (stunningly beautiful) daughter was diagnosed with autism. My friends did all the "usual" evals yadda yadda.
I eventually sent her mom the links to LIA and other sites and resources, including that of a LL doc who treated autistic kids.
It all fell on deaf ears. This is just so ashame. I have known this particular little girl for most of her life. I just sense she is so smart but cannot yet relay that to the rest of the world.
I am just amazed every day to discover that people are generally very comfortable with whatever diagnosis is sent their way by run of the mill doctors.
