I am in desperate need of both sinus surgery and knee replacement. I am in my 7th relapse of chron. Lyme and I am going on abx. Can there be complications?

Just be careful about their wanting to give you steroids. Discuss it with your doctors.
I had sinus surgery a few years after completing Lyme treatment and I did fine.
I sure wouldn't want to be doing knee replacement though. UGH. I feel for you!
