Hi All, I just added these two and am also on cefpodoxime. I've been on abx for a year. I had been sleeping better but after taking the zith and plaquenil last night I was having all kinds of dreams and woke up about 40 times! Has anyone had this experience with plaquenil? I don't think the zith would cause it. Thanks for any feedback!

I didn't have the dreams, but I had some weird psych stuff when I first started plaquenil. I'm many months in now and it did lessen.

Die-off. Sounds strange to someone who hasn't been through it but it happens when I use macrolides...less with Azithromycin than Clarithromycin or Roxithromycin but I always sleep light and dream all night long when I start them. Twice I remember adding in Plaquenil and I got another few nights of this, as if I had just started the drug.
Only macrolides cause this for me...it will go away.
