Hi there,
My doctor recommends "ultra-humic" minerals, but it is a black liquid which really stains teeth.

Can you please recommend a different high quality mineral supplement for me?

I never know what to believe, in terms of advertising, when it comes to minerals...

Colloidal is supposed to be best, right?

I take NOW brand minerals. I don't know what kind of product is the 'best' though.

Minerals are probably more important than a lot of other things we talk about. Absorbable minerals are difficult to get.

I take Quinton and will start Seawater when I get down to finding the right clean kind.
