I did not expect this much herxing and I am not nearly near the full dosage.

I am happy to hear this. I'm not on Cowden (though I like many of his tinctures), but it's a great reminder to be patient with a new protocol.
I get impatient and want to quit stuff (especially herbs) if I'm not herxing right away. Have to remember to hang in there.

Cowden was really tough for me when I first started it.....huge herx that lasted over 2 weeks. This was after 3-1/2 years of abx!

I still herx occasionally and been taking Cowden 4-1/2 months.
