Looking for binders that have helped you've the most with mopping up toxins. I already use a good systemic enzyme.

Any suggestions? Something that if you didn't take you would definitely notice

sure, I use Marcozyme-proteolytic Enzyme Supplement

I'm pretty sure you can get them online, I buy them from my doc, they make a big difference with me

Been on bio-challenge bind (has charcoal & pectin) - didn't notice too much - your results might vary.

We are now on cholestyramine - think it's helping DD. Too soon to tell for me.
