Hello all.
I have looked up posts that might relate to what I have, cannot find anything.

A couple of days ago, I woke up and about an inch south of my tear duct, middle of nose and down the side towards my cheek is sore. It felt like maybe I had bumped it and I woke up sore from it.

Since I thought I had knocked it on something, I forgot about it.

The next morning, still a little sore.

Tonight it seems to be traveling downward through my nostril and to the tip of my nose. It feels like it should be swollen with pain. It isn't.

I don't see anything. It could be swollen a little inside, can't really tell.

It really feels like I knocked it with something pretty hard and it is sore to the touch.

It feels really 'heavy' on the inside, full like. And it does feel like it is going into my tear duct. This is all on one side of my nose.

I know what sinus feels like, this feels like my nose is all bruised up from someone hitting me. No sign of bruising.

To give you an example, several years ago I was putting up a picture on the wall. I dropped the picture and the frame hit me right in the nose. It was sore for a week. Swollen and a trace of bruising. That is what this feels like.

What the heck could this be?

I'm not sure what is causing this, but a simple noninvasive first aid measure would be to do hot compresses.

This would improve blood circulation to the area, so that the cells would function better and heal.
You should be able to tell if it's helping within one or two treatments.

If you have a far-infrared instrument, like the SOTA LightWorks, use it on the 660 wavelength to help the inflamed area heal.
