Chest pain was my first symptom that I went to a doctor with when I was getting sick but no diagnosis.

They even went as far as to run a heart catherization but said all was find, so they told me I had costochondritis.

In hindsight, I think it may have been the Babesia since it was with that treatment that I started getting relief. It's just really hard to say since I was on Lyme treatment at the same time.

I would make sure your heart is checked out and if it seems fine, I would push forward on treatment, since it can most certainly be reversed. Good luck to you.

I had this every day for two years as well, pre lyme dx.

Two ecgs, both OK.

Doc(s) said it was costochondritis and would go away on its own.

Well, it went away with doxy and tinidazole.

When I get very fatigued, the pain returns for a few hours.

Make sure your heart is OK, and you don't have any other warning signs for heart or stroke.

The danger with costo, as explained to me, was that if I had a heart attack, I would not know right away because I would assume it was costo.

6 to 7 years for me...the last couple of years it's off and on.

I too have had all the test done, found nothing.

Keep a log (meds - foods - exercise etc) see if anything sets it off. For me, I can't pin point it to any one thing.

Lyme loves to hang-out in the heart!!!
Keep us updated...
