Has anyone tried juice plus and found it useful in helping symptoms of Lyme

Most over the years (here) have said "no."

Too bad the search function is not working!

Nope. It made me worse. As I recall, it was like rocket fuel and zoomed me to the moon, a very awful experience. And I tried it several times. Always horribly agitating to my body and adrenals.

Some say it has helped. But it's so very expensive and contains so many things that I think it's best to go with real foods first. Juice your own, too but remember a 6 oz. glass is a good sized serving. No need for more than that at one time.

For powdered help: greens powders (Chlorella, Spirulina, Gotu Kola, Stinging Nettle) that are more straight forward and also for the lovely red nutrients, hibiscus powder.

- I get Chlorella & Spirulina here. I mix with Gotu Kola powder and Stinging Nettle powder.

These might also be very helpful for your purposes. Stinging Nettle can help lower cytokines, helpful during a herx but also helpful for anyone with a cold to help them feel better and less achy.

STINGING NETTLE LEAF (not root) - Links set

The herb, STINGING NETTLE may serve to compensate for the reaction by calming the the cytokine storm that is often part of a herx reaction.

For more fiber and added protein / fat, I often combine my powders with HEMP PROTEIN POWDER for my mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks - or my "first" breakfast to gather some energy to prepare some real food a little later.

You can also enjoy nuts as a "chaser" to leave you with a good taste and balance of protein and fat, and that will help the powders carry you further.

I take it. I don't think it could ever help Lyme symptoms. It's pretty much a multivitamin.

If you want to try it costco online has a similar product for much cheaper

Look beyond the price, though, as something cheaper might be fine but it also could contain less vital ingredients &/or additives.

You would want not know where the ingredients are grown, how tended, how processed, and even the temperature of the storage or shipping methods. Heat can destroy nutrients.

Be sure it is free of excitotoxins and also any added glutamic acid (glutamate). Details:

Excitotoxins; MSG; Aspartame; & "Natural" Flavors (that are not likely natural at all)
