I started this combo 2 weeks ago and the cramping that I already had while on Doxycycline is becoming worse, to the point I wake up screaming in pain. Last night, the cramping was the lower part of the legs, (not the calf) and in my big toe that I could not straighten for the longest time. Wondering if the Biaxin/Malarone deplete you of magnesium? Anybody has experienced cramps with that combo? Thank you.

Nearly EVERY pharmaceutical depletes magnesium. It is a given.

You may want to find a good mag product and perhaps a mineral supplement too.
