Hi there,

I have been trying to make an appointment to see Dr.H in NY, for the last few days, but so far all I get is a voice message from the person who makes the appointments, telling me that she is busy on the other line and will return my call shortly. Sadly, that hasn't been the case.

Can anyone tell me whether that is the usual M.O. for this office? I have tried every day since Monday, but only left two messages so far.
