I have my equip for coffee enemas and I'm ready to go. I could not find the post on here that has all the info on cofee enemas (coffe/water ratio, best methods, etc.) could someone point me to it?

I can't find the Lymenet post for you- my brain... but this is a good link with instructions- maybe a bit hard to read because the text is bulky but it's very descriptive if you can get through it.
