The last 3-4 days I have been so tired mid-day. I sleep all night and then I have to nap in the middle of the day. This has never happened before. The first symptom when all this started was tense muscles and foggy head and I also have a sniffly nose. We just started using the fireplace again and it was rained in a lot over the summer.

Could this be mold? or a co infection? or maybe a weird cold?

What is going on? Any blood tests recommended?

Hi Gigimac,

Have you ever been tested for EBV or HHV6?

Not sure if you're still ill with lyme and co. but it may be worth your while to test the above viruses.

Have you changed what you eat for lunch, or any morning supplements or meds? Maybe causing the afternoon snoozies?

I get extremely fatigued from noon onwards...but mine is because of the lyme and bartonella battle as well as the viruses.

The only thing that helps me is to have a nap at noon, or if I can't do that I go to bed at 5PM. Not much of a life, but better than being exhausted for the few hours I am awake.

Best
Greta

I bet your fireplace has much to do with it. Open your windows and air the place out. You may have mold sensitivities and allergies which can cause cold symptoms.

When I read your title my first thought was mold. I'm dealing with it right now, so it's on my mind.

Yeast gave me that kind of fatigue and a sniffly nose.

I think it could be the mold too. We haven't used the fireplace for a couple days now and I spent all day out of the house today and I did not get that tired feeling today, Thank God!!

Getting tired like that really ruins my day.

I'm tired all the time also. Go to bed at 9 and sleep until 9. By 2-3 I have to have a nap and then I'm tired until bedroom.

Thank God and knock on wood, the tired thing has passed. Is it a coincidence that it stopped when we stopped using the fireplace? I dunno.

This is going to be a big fight. My husband loves using the fireplace as do I but it is not worth it. He is going to fight it and tell me I am being crazy as usual. [Roll Eyes]
