Hello Everyone, Can those of you who live in the South Jersey or Philadelphia area, send me a private message with the name of your doctor? I am on my 3rd and really feel I need a new look at things. My 1st doc I believe was similar to others as there were lots of supplements involved which is fine, if they work. The 2nd is saying that he doesn't think it's lyme. I don't know what else it could be since I've had every test in the world sometimes twice and nothing shows.

Also, my most debilitating symptom is nausea! Has anyone experienced this? I've had numerous gastro studies done that all come back normal. If I could get rid of the nausea, I would not mind the pain. It is keeping me back from getting a job because I never know how I will feel that day. It literally is very depressing and annoying. Thanks for your help all.

I had nausea continuously for the last 3 months before I was diagnosed. Sometimes just looking at food brought it on. I believe it is caused by bartonella.

Bartonella definitely made me have horrendous gut pain, yet no test done by gastros ever showed anything. The pain went away with good bartonella treatment.

Here is a quote from Burrascano for you under the heading "Bartonella-Like Organism":

"Other key symptoms may include gastritis, lower abdominal pain (mesenteric adenitis), sore soles, epecially in the AM, tender subcutaneous nodules along the extremities, and red rashes." (page 24)

Notice that he says bart can cause gastritis. One of the symptoms of gastritis is nausea. Another is vomiting. So, this is why your nausea is likely from bart.

You may want to try some good bart treatment and see if that symptom goes away.

I don't know of any good lyme doctors in your area (including Philly), meaning lyme doctors who are getting rid of lyme disease for people. (There are plenty of lyme doctors in NJ.) Others in your state have said the same thing.

Are you willing to travel to Maryland for good care? Let me know.
