I've never taken/ owned this type before- SBO (soil based organisms) probiotics
They have fewer strains per capsule, I don't really recognize some of the strains, but the claim is this type of probiotic
has the ability to colonize the gut/ intestines better. Wondering if anyone had feedback? Thank you.

I used Prescript Assist Pro for years while on heavy duty abx and don't have any problems now or then. An integrative LLMD suggested this for us.

I remember Brussels had a post about a friend eating a spoonful of soil to replenish gut biome.
Made me cringe at the time (my mind thought-parasites!), but I think there is something to it, as babies seem to instinctually enjoy eating dirt. So do animals now that I think of it...
I see a lot of products now touting hume (sp?) and soil based good bacteria.
I think there is something to it for sure.
And I know this much...I would much rather stroll out to the garden and eat a spoonful of dirt than ever ever ever deal with a non-LL gastro again.
