Coffee enemas are a very important detoxifier for me, especially if I can't get to sauna. I make a mess and spend a lot of time boiling coffee. I read on internet that instant coffee is bad for enemas, but wouldn't ORGANIC be ok? Any one have opinion or experience?

Hi,
I would advise against instant.
It is too processed. Even if it is organic, the amount of processing to make coffee "puffs" that dissolve without residue in water...
Can you make your coffee enemas in a drip or a french press?

Thank you for responding. I thought it had to be simmered to get all of the coffee out of the grounds.

You can make a concentrate of coffee all at once, using 1/4 cup water per enema, totaling 2 cups of concentrate. Keep it in the fridge in a glass bottle.
