Should I risk it? Am desperate. Bought the bottle a couple of years ago. Used most of it - but none recently. Exp. date 9/2013. Tks.

Is it in an alcohol base?
If it has been capped, and is in an alcohol base, and was not sitting in the sun, I would take it.
That's me personally, but I take things if they aren't too far from the expiry date.
It may be more concentrated because some of the alcohol will have evaporated off.
A glycerine base...I wouldn't take it unless you kept it in the fridge.
Susan-do you have any Eno or Alka Seltzer Gold? That helps me sometimes.
Feel better soon

- It should be fine, even if a powdered capsule or tablet. Just 3 months on. Most herbs last a very long time (if kept from heat)
except for something like a non-alcohol herbal liquid formula that requires refrigeration and has a 2 or 3 week expiration date from the time opened such as Floradix (corrected), herbs & plants to help with iron replenishment. -

Florinef? Refrigeration? 2 to 3 week expiration?
Are you sure you are referring to the right medication?

- Oops. Correction. I meant Floradix - a liquid nutrient formula of herbs and plants.
(Not Florinef, a Rx pill for POTS, NMH). -

Well I messed up again and am feeling the effects.
I have a metallic taste in my mouth, teeth hurt etc. Feel toxic. I must have a metal and parasite problem.
Please - a quick lesson on when to take what to help - binders etc.
I have at hand Alka Selzer Gold, Burbur detox drops, and apple pectin.
I also give myself Glutathion injections IM 2x/week.
LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too. -

In terms of the expiration problem, it's fine. They only put the expiration date on there, because they are required to. I've spoken to the head of the company as a practitioner. The same goes for many items (not doxy, however).
