- I have had various terrible troubles with all my digits & hand knuckles. What helps: Be sure your LLMD is well aware so that treatment can be targeted as needed if lyme or other stealth infection is the cause.
Support measures that help: Gluten-free, no-additive diet . . . and:
TURMERIC ROOT (Curcuma longa) -

- Impingement of nerve? Upledger
Ergonomics? -- check your position in space, at all activities. You might ask your LLMD for a suggestion to a LL PT or OT (for ergonomic assessment and to get advice for a night splint) -- &/or a LL massage therapist.
It could be coming from your neck, too. But avoid anyone that might suddenly twist or "crack" your neck or spine. that can be very dangerous for anyone with lyme.
This style of body alignment is safe for those with lyme because they do not suddenly twist the neck / spine. And your insurance may cover it.
Just be sure to are up front at each appt. that there is to be zero sudden twisting of the neck or spine. Some may venture from this approach to include that but you want someone who will not.
[this type is excellent for those with lyme as there is no sudden twisting of the spine or neck - which should never be done with some who deals with lyme]

My hand cramping is solved with high dose magnesium and may be a symptom of diabetes and magnesium wasting. Ask Marnie.

My feet do the same thing. Magnesium, potassium, and small amounts of sodium help. So does zinc.
