New protocol started a week ago. Since yesterday I've had very bad head/face pain when I move my eyes... sort of like when you have a bad sinus headache.
I haven't had many headaches through my past 2 yrs of treatment and wondering if this is a herx or a side effect? Headache is listed as a side effect on practically everything.
On bactrim & plaquenil for about a week now.

Bactrim is a sulfa med.
Do you still have the printout from the pharmacist for bactrim and plaquenil?
I would review the printouts to be safe.
I suspect a bart herx, if the printouts do not mention eye issues etc. You'll want to be on the lookout for optic nerve, retina, glaucoma strange things like that in the printout under side effects or interactions.
Does a cool cloth on your eyes help?
I'm sorry you are going through this.

Plaquenil has eye issues... some docs make you see an eye doctor while you are on it.
