While it would probably be an easy answer that they all do, which of the TBD is believed to contribute most to insomnia based on your treatment experience?

1.) bartonella
2.) parasites
3.) yeast

Bartonella and Protomyxzoa cause vicious insomnia.

Proto/parasites.

Lyme itself can cause insomnia, but I think the coinfections Bart & Babs/Proto are probably more likely/worse.

I was sleeping fine until I went back on abx.

Disturbed stomach, which has 70% of the immune cells.Disturbed stomach means disturbed immune system, and vice verse.

abx will kill probiotics and disturb the stomach and the immune system, so you cannot sleep...

Very true. I have found that the better my candida is under control the better I sleep.

Adrenal problems will also disrupt sleep...

Vitamin B12 deficiency can also cause insomnia...severely so in my case...
