I have stomach ulcers and Intertestial Cystitis. Antibiotics and Homeopathics irritate my ulcers and sometimes, my bladder, and I'm wondering, is there anything I can take for Lyme.

I'm doing IM (intramuscular injections) of bicillin. I have stomach absorption issues and after orals weren't enough, we switched to a combo doing this.

IV is another option. There are also some infusion clinics where you don't need a picc line and they can just infuse on the spot. That's another option.

Some people get a port if it's really advanced Lyme.

Look into Berberine for the Interstitial Cystitis.
Keebler has a good set of links posted.

Here is a recent post about D-mannose and Berberine for IC:

Also, look into cat's claw to help your body deal with the Lyme.
It stimulates the white blood cells to phage (eat) the Lyme bacteria in the blood.

Magnesium supplements and foods high in magnesium will help relieve many Lyme symptoms.
This is because the Lyme bacteria use up the magnesium in our cells.
And the liver needs more magnesium to process the toxins left behind by dead Lyme bacteria.

See the symptoms listed?
All are Lyme symptoms.

Windy, I thought they had discovered some years ago that stomach ulcers were caused by some virus or bacteria, and were easily treatable.....

H. pylori is what causes ulcers and stomach cancer. I had it at a different time than the episode I mentioned above. My stool test was negative and my blood test was positive (done the same week).

The stomach pain got better after prevpack.

I have IC and have found that a grain free, sugar free diet really helps with it. I even took several rounds of abx this winter and they didn't make my bladder flare up.
