I am feeling disheartened. Just when I thought I had both feet out of the pit, I am sliding back into it.
My fatigue has been terrible. A month now.
Anyways, I am trying ALCAR, 4,000 mg per day as instructed by my LL.
It has been 10 days. No change.
Did it help you with fatigue, and how long did it take until it started to kick-in?
I am also trying Provigil, but it isn't helping either and I don't like the idea of it.

Are you trying provigil and ALCAR at the same time?
How much Provigil are you on?
Sorry to throw questions out, I am trying to figure out where you are at.
Provigil can work but when it starts to fade out of your system it can leave a fatigued state in the middle of the day.
Just my humble opinions....

ALCAR did nothing for me. It might help your muscle problem though so I would continue it. I also tried NADH and it didn't do anything.
You just have to treat the right infection. This is such baffling disease trying to figure out what is causing what.

Provigil 5am and ALCAR at 9am and noon.
It gets me through the work day, but barely.
These infections are so frustrating. Just when I get used to feeling better, one leg slides back in the pit.
