Just curious what others would choose. If you had to live off of just 10 foods for a Lymie diet, what would you choose?


Do you think with just those 10 you can live a "healthier" lifestyle?

1) brocolli
2) couliflower
3) spinach
4) string beans/snap peas
5) Yucca
6) Goya Coconut Milk
7) Chicken & turkey breast meat
8) Lean steaks
9) Celery
10) Parsnips

3) baked chicken
4) Avocados!
5) bananas
6) oranges
7) lean pork chops
8) Brussels sprouts
9) broccoli/cauliflower
10)scrambled eggs (with spinach and cheese!)

1) Chicken wings, hot or garlic. (I boil them first in vinegary water, then bake them.

2) Broccoli

3) Knudsen Just Pomegranate juice (1/8) with (7/8) club soda.

4) whole milk yogurt

5) fresh raspberries

6) fresh herbs

7) Brussel sprouts

8) Salmon

9) Deer, Elk or Buffalo meat

10) Eggs

These are the ONLY foods I could tolerate for over 5 years when I was severely ill...they kept me alive...and although I am well now and have expanded my diet, I still eat them regularly:

1) bone broths
2) avocados
3) eggs
4) sardines
5) soaked/baked nuts
6) green apples
7)
8)
9)
10)

In no particular order:

1) Lean Chicken
2) Lean Beef
3) Salad
4) Avocado
5) Berries
6) Yogurt
7) Seafood
8) Eggs
9) Yogurt
10)Sweet potatoes

Also: Kind bars, other fruits and veggies, ice cream, Schaar pasta, risotto, parsley, basil, garlic.

I saw Martha Stewart make it when I was channel surfing one day.

It's really easy and very satisfying!

Oh no, not at all!

I have always loved loved loved onion soup!

But since we're gluten-free, onion soup isn't in the mix, so to speak!

2. Tart Cherries / Tart Jerry Juice
3. Chicken Breast
4. Coconut Oil
5. Lemons!
6. Kale
7. Asparagus
8. Walnuts/Pumpkin Seeds
9. 100% Organic Stevia
10. All Berries

This diet has helped me tremendously. Cayenne pepper added to my lemon water has really helped with my herxes.
