I'm guessing this is a result of neuro-Lyme. I don't even feel comfortable writing anymore.

Mine got very scribbled looking but I always had trouble with legible writing. I would make marks I did not intend to make. I especially have trouble signing my name. I am better now but still have sloppy writing.

Mine handwriting has changed too, enough so that my bank had to have me come in and give a new signature sample. This happened just after it progressed to peripheral nerve damage, tested positive for neuropathy in all limbs by nerve conduction study a few months later.

Yes! Neuro lyme.
Has reversed with treatment.
When encephalitis flares-it comes back. Can't hold a pen, let alone choose the right letters.
But is a good indicator of treatment haha.

Yes I used to have lousy handwriting holding pen etc . and more importantly used to transpose numbers whenever I was writing or depositing using a deposit slip.
I have been confronted by bank tellers , they would correct for me . Mean while I had no clue nor did the bank . Till I had gotten better I was able to go in and explain my situation and I hope I did a great job at explaining what lyme disease does .
and numerous other times from writing out checks to paying bills.
No more scribble , no more difficulty holding pen , no more shaking ,trembling etc.
