I have heard that eating this red desert clay it helps with lyme.

it's supposed to be a detoxing agent.

have you heard of it?

It's not meant to be "eaten" -- but intended to be mixed with LOTS of water to drink. Lots and lots of water then throughout the day.

It's hard to know the purity of clay -- and there are other things that can help the body absorb metabolic waste.

Certain foods work just fine for that, too. Lots of antioxidant color in high fiber veggies and fruits. Chlorella (again with that, though, the source has to be researched).

It can "slow things down" too, so if you take this for detox, lots of water, lots of fibre (some people acctualy mix it with psylum husks).

Make sure it is food grade or it can contain heavy metals.

We alternated this one when my son was very sick and toxic. Now
we only use this for severe stomach upset, such as a stomach virus or giardia.
