Did 3 days of coartem, no reaction...waited 3 days and now just gave him 2 primaquine. Will do this for 14 days then start the Dr. K. parasite protocol.
Is there anything I should watch out for?
Do you give with food or not?
He is not on any other abx at the time but does take fish oil / nystatin in the AM, ok to give at same time? also does CSA in the AM also, ok to give within 20 minutes of it?

I'm surprised no one replied to you. Lots of ppl including me are probably following the facebook babesia lyme and babesia groups perhaps? I'm thinking about starting the Coartem and Primaquine combo in about a month or so. How did your DS do on his treatment? I've heard you need to do 2-3+ rounds of this treatment. I hope it worked!!
