I know there is a long thread for rifing but I don't want this to get lost in it.

I rifed three times in the last week using the pre-programmed settings for tendonitis. It has really helped!

If you have trouble with tendonitis and have a rife machine, I recommend the preprogrammed freqs that come with the GB4000. If anyone is interested, I can give the specific freq.s

That's good to hear. I have a lot of "trigger joints" that catch due to tendonitis issues - so that might help. [Berberine has helped a lot, though, and may also help with other facets of tendonitis.]

I don't have an advanced rife machine that programs or scans, just a basic EMEM5 with manual settings.

I'd appreciate the specific frequencies - and the times on each if you have that, too (frequencies are the same -- although the time on different models of rife machines translates differently, it's a start to "translating" to mine unit). Thanks.

Hey Keebs,
the freq.s I used for a total of ten minutes per session were:

320
250
160
80
40
10

The tendonitis is not gone today but it was gone all day yesterday, which was a surprise. I will post here in a few weeks to give the final verdict on the tendonitis treatment. I have a bad case of it along my hamstring.

editing to add: I only did a total of ten minutes combined for all these freqs. Every other day.

Wish I had a rife... Just getting over tendonitis, it took a month.

DMSO works very well also.

Dan, what is DMSO? What dose works best?

Steve, you are lucky to have recovered from it. I got it from taking Factive and it has lasted three years so far.

Dan & Cotton, I've never used DMSO, but I found this artical very interesting. Mayby Dan can tell us more on how he uses it.

Cotton, Sorry to hear it lasted three years, that's a long time swelling, pain etc.

I did a lot of icing daily, and tried not to use my arm at all.

DMSO for tendinitis is used topically. Just rub it on the sore area. Twenty minutes later or so, the swelling and inflammation goes away.

You need to have clean hands and skin where applied. It will drag any substance it comes into contact with into your body.

The anti inflammatory action allows healing to occur much faster than normal.
