For Texas Lyme Residents only: The TXLDA has a major survey of Lyme disease and co infections in process. It is set to close soon. If you are a resident of Texas and have Lyme Disease or have had lyme disease in the past, please take this survey. It is completely anonymous and is easy to complete. We need all heads counted. This survey will take at least 10 minutes to complete and will go along ways toward making Texas a Lyme Friendly State.

Thank you!

Do you think it would be OK to do this for a person who was living in TX at the time the symptoms from the tickbite first occurred, and then tried to get medical help? Not currently living in TX and was only there for about 5 months.

Yes, please do the survey. You were bitten in Texas, you tried to get medical help for your tick bite symptoms. Be sure to include the zip code of where you lived for 5 months, or include the zip in which you were bitten. We need documentation of this. If any questions, contact TXLDA.com, Pat Ricks can help with any questions.

Texas medical board hassled the hell out of my LLMD about 3 months after I started treatment-
and hassled my LLMD and made her move out of state-

I was getting Much better till Texas medical Board started hassling my LLMD - LLMD could not write me scrips for meds anymore and I got Real sick again Quickly-

ended up having to go to Mexico to buy medicine
and then to see my LLMD I had to fly to California to have my LLMD be able to treat me again -

Texas medical board Really slowed down my recovery by 2 years or more - I Really HATE them

If you are a Texas resident and was bitten in Texas or elsewhere and contracted LD please complete the survey. We have 588 responses, TXLDA estimates 750 - 1000 LD patients in Texas.
