Hi there, I haven't posted in a very long time, as have been very busy with our healthy baby boy! My LLMD has put me on the following med list and I have been taking them for about 2 months: Doxycycline Metronidazole Azithromycin Bactrim Cefuroxime
The last med combo I was on was similar, except I was on Rifampin, and she replaced this with Bactrim. She also doubled my dose of Azithromycin, because I was positive for mycoplasma. I did that combo for 5 months and had no change
I am wondering what she is trying to tackle with my current med list. I have been feeling as bad as I have in a long time. I have terrible brain fog, word confusion, muscle fatigue and weakness, and muscle twitching. I have also lost about 9 pounds, because the abc takes away my appetite. Should I stick with things and wait it out? Thanks!!
